Ninety-nine Restaurant a good place for kids?

I recently got an ad in the mail for the 99 Restaurant, and my sister needs a restaurant to have dinner with 6 or so of her friends for her 14th birthday party. Is it an okay atmosphere? From what I know, the restaurant is also a "pub" so I was wondering if it's appropriate! Thanks!

Yeah, it is totally fine. It's just like a Chili's or Applebee's. They do have a full bar, but it's a restaurant first.  They have a lot of a good selection, and it's not that expensive. I don't have any where I live now, but when I lived in CT and would go w/ my boyfriend, it would cost the 2 of us about $25 w/ tip.

It's on the tamer side as far the pub aspect not rowdy mostly to watch sports and relax would probably be fine for teens.
