Ninga turtle halloween costume?

does any one know were i can buy a ninga turtle costume at for a teenager girl. im preety tall like 5"6' any body have any ideas or links

my daughter made one-she had green leggings and long sleeve leotard with hood made from fleece from charity store. she made a shell from foam with shoulder straps and covered it with brown upholstery fabric, also from charity shop. Giant size sunnies & rubber boots-looked great. cost about six bucks.
