Nintendo DS internet acess?

Okay if I buy this cartridge for my DS lite how am I able to get the internet on there?

Explanations/Videos/Ect.

I just want the internet lol.

I'm going to Virginia in a little while, and my hotel has internet acess, so I thought if I buy this cartridge before than, I could get the internet, is any of this possible er what?

a long as you're in a wifi hotspot and you have the cartridge, you'll be able to access the internet.
