Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector.....?

I'm planning to get it but i can only find the Japan version of it.so my question is :

Will this work with my Nintendo DS even though it's not made in Japan?

and if it does work will the installation CD's language be in Japanese or english (or at least the option to choose english)?

If your computer is not Japanese, then the installation disc may not install. No matter what language the Wi-Fi Connector is in your DS will still treat it as a wireless access point so it will work perfectly fine if it installs properly.
