Question:

Nintendo Wii Controller Issues?

I have a friend who has a Nintendo Wii and one of her controllers is not working properly. When she holds the control steady, the little hand moves by itself as if the control is being moved. She has to shake it to get it to read the system. What could be the problem?

  1. Its the postition of your sensor bar tell your friend to go into her wii  system settings and she should see sensor bar, click on sensor bar and it

should say "Above" and "Below" TV

now this can vary depending om what kind of TV she has

but with my wii i usually put the sensor bar above my TV set

and with the wii settings on the console i put it on "below TV" for better signal with the Wiimote

this works but if it doesnt call nintendo support (they're suppoort is really good)  1-800-255-3700

  2. idk maybe buy a new 1 but they r to darn expensive

  3. try 2 wipe off any dust on the sensor bar and the sensor thing on the wiimote then unplug the sensor bar and blow in the hole in the cable and in the wii.that usually works for me

    hope this helps

  4. I suggest that your friend makes sure that there sensor bar is positioned properly. Also you may have to "Re-Sync" The Wii remote to the Wii. This also happened to me once and I had to "Re-Sync" it to my Wii. You might have to look in the Wii manual to see how to Re sync it.
