  1. Uh LAN... uhm i think lan Isnt an option DANG!!!. do you have a wireless router w/ high speed internet? if you do, what you can do is connect all of the wiis to the same wireless network at the same time and play wirelessly like that, sry its the only thing i can think of :P

in LAN games, the wii usually generates a wireless lan like the ds, so wired adapters arent needed, its not like the xbox lol. A good example is BWii.

if you have wifi, its possible

  2. I have my wii parties offline.  You can only connect two people to the WFC per console, so you'd be limited to 6 players online at once.  For 12 players to be online you'll need six consoles and TVs or monitors.  That may not be half bad because the screen is so small when you chop up for four players that it really hurts game play, not to mention fun quotient!  I dropped the Wii parties because of the setup required and all the squinting at the four-player mario kart screen.

Anyhoo, if you go forward with it, a wired connection will have less lag than a wireless, but I'm not aware of any ability to connect wiis together locally.  You'd have to connect all three to the greater interwebz, which means your router will have to support a hard wire connection for all three or six wiis for the optimum online kart experience for 6-12 people.  No biggie, most modern routers can handle this with ease.  Hit the link for the lan adapter you'll need to hardwire the wiis.

    Happy gaming!
