Nintendo Wii Trouble

Question

My Wii wont turn on I checked the wires and everything and I even repluged everything but it is staying off the red light doesnt even show, what is wrong with it?

did u try using the outlet for something else? and if the other thing works then maybe its defected

If you've owned it for under a year, it should be covered under warranty.  You can ship it to Nintedo for them to look at it, and they'll ship it back when done.

If it's over a year, you can still use them to repair it, but there will be costs involved.

Good news, after they've done a repair on it, the warantee kicks in again.  I had my DVD drive go bad.  I was out of warantee, but since I had Brawl, they had me send it in as a "Brawl DVD failure" so they could fix it for free, and restart my warantee.

you might have to get it checked out by a professional

but you could try putting it in another outlet. maybe that one isn't working

or maybe one of the wires are cracked and you just can't see it.

i had that problem also and it turned out that my wired and been cracked.

Did it ever turn on?

If not then it could certainly be defective. Try a different outlet or even a different room.

Maybe it is just your power chord, it might not be the wii. If you think this is the case try your friend's chord or buy another one.

If worse comes to worse, depending on when you bought it, you should be able to get a refund or a trade in.

either put it into a new out let but if that doesnt work contact nintendo and tell them what happened. if that doesnt help send your wii in for fixing at nintendo.
