Nintendo Wii?...........?

i just bought a Wii and see you can access internet

but what exactly do i need to access the internet?

do i need a computer with internet?

or 'Wi-Fi'

or is it just simply.. buy the Wii, hook it up to the tv, buy the internet application, and your set?

you will need a computer with internet and a modem and hook your wii cable to your modem box.

if you have wireless internet around your house it can hook up to that.

or if the building across the road has it hack them

As long as you have internet acess throught a satalite or a cable your wii can be hooked up to it.

You have to have internet connection (a wireless router).  So if you have a computer with internet, you're all set.

You need a wireless connection (wi-fi) or broadband (if broadband you need a nintendo usb cord)once hooked up you need to BUY the internet channel(You buy it at the wii shop channel go to wii channel categories than buy for 500 wii points $5)

So...Most of these answers are simply stupid or just plain rude.

For the Wii to connect to the internet and for you to look surf a webpage. You need:

- Wireless internet connection

- Purchase the Opera internet browser from the Wii Shop Channel

What you do NOT need is a computer or some idiot telling you you are stupid.

u have 2 have access 2 internet, then go 2 options (at the bottem left hand corner of the main menu screen) click on the right application look for   INTERNET CONNECTION  then go 2 test connection and use any internet connection u can.

oh and dont forget 2 buy it from the  WII SHOP CHANNEL!!

you need to have a router so the wii can connect to it. its called WiFi and its a beautiful thing lol.

The wii goes on the iternet for many things.
