Nintendo Wii remote not working?

I brought a wii fit, tried to synch it to the console and I knocked my remote out in the process, I have tried to re-sync with the consol by pressing the red buttons on consol and on remote, all that happends is the led blue lights flash on and off forever (book says they should stop when sync is complete) I have unplug my sensor bar and reset that, basically the remote is dead, the led lights just flick on and then go off again when I press the power on button on the remote, I have tried new batteries, swapped over the battery pack that is fully charged, Any other advice? do you think my remote is a fooked? oh and another quickie, when synch the wii fit to the console, the led lights flash and then go off to, does that mean its synched? cheers x

if u have just brought the controlle take it back if u havent just brought it then u probally need to by another 1

and yes the wii fit has probally synced

Have you tried holding down 1 + 2 together... that worked for me earlier?

Unplug the Wii from the wall for a few seconds, then plug it back in and retry.

Don't hold the red buttons, just tap them. Holding them for more than about 15 seconds clears all synch data.

my brother's stopped working when he hit something with it.

i took it appart and couldnt find anything wrong with it.

when i put it back together it was working again!

maybe you should try it. or get someone else to.
