What's up with this?

I was looking through this section to answer some questions and I saw someone saying that they are getting sued?

I'm sure it's nothing major, but still. Wtf?

Big companies like Nintendo are always involved in lawsuits, so its nothing to worry about actually its pretty much business as usual, remember the lawsuit involving Tetris, even if Nintendo loses the it has more than enough money so its no big deal.
