Nintendog hotel wont feed my dog?

Whenever I pick my dogs up from the hotel they are filthy, parched and famished. Any advise because I thought they were suppose to look after them? Thanks x

  2. You have to have them full, quenched, and beautiful (or w/e) when you put them in. The hotel just keeps them the way they were.
