Nipple cream for breastfeeding that dosnt contain lanolin?

i have a pregnant friend who asked me to reccomend a nipple cream, i reccomended lanisoh as it worked wonders for me. But she is a vegan and knows that coms from sheeps glans so wont use it. Can anyone reccommend another one tried and tested that you think has worked wonders for those sore nips?!

  1. Well, her best bet is to try no nipple cream at all. There's no reason she will need one.


  2. lucas paw paw cream. its in a red container from chemists

  3. just breast milk, its the best thing to use, let the milk dry on the nipples

  4. I never used any cream as it made my nipples more sensitive!!

    I just squeezed some milk after nursing and covered my nipples until they were dry and hey presto, no pain!
