I had that too.  Your b*****s begin to swell in many different ways while pregnant due to the increase in blood flow and the prepping for milk production.  Totally normal but if you&#039;re still concerned, check with your doctor.

Yup. The bumps are called Montgomery&#039;s tubercles and are designed to moisturise the nipples.

When I was 16-20 weeks my nipples were sooo sore!
