this is embarassing so thank gawd you dont know me and no g*y answers please.

last night at like 3 i the morn i woje up and had extremely itchy nipples.

me being only half asleep itched them,alot...maybe a little too much, cus in the morning they where like split and kind of falling apart.

they hurt and still itch a little.

theyv been popping out more that=n usuall too.

i am only 15 !

ehats wrong with me!?

and dont say to go to a doc cuz that embarassing!

what can i do!?

i dont think anything is wrong, falling apart how? ellaberate please. like do you have little red blood bubbles, or scratch marks? if the area is open you need to keep it very clean! just monitor them, try not to scratch, maybe just rub.. and if they get worse you'll have to go to the doctor. n the thing witht them sticking out - happens to us all! either when were cold or turned on

THERE DRY YOU NEED SOME KIND OF OINTMENT FOR DRY SKIN JUST GO THE PHARMACY THEY WILL GIVE YOU SOMETHING FOR DRY SKIN IS BECAUSE OF THE DRYNESS THAT THERE ITCHY.

ouch..sounds kinda painful. well, maybe u can look for a mild cream to help with the itching or to help them heal. be sure to read the labels carefully though cus some will say specifically not to use them on nipples. the fact that they've been "popping out more"...well, i really don't know what to say about that. maybe it's cus u're body is going through changes? i dunno. like someone else said, u can try to look for it online and see if u find something that explains it.
