Nipples in pain T_T...?

ok i was at the beach 2day. after about 2- 3 hrs in the water my nipples started to burn for no reason. I had not cuts or piercings on my nipples and i don't know why it was burning. When i got home i put some peroxide on them and they began to burn again. so i put an antibiotic ointment on them. I did not rub my chest on the sand at all cause i was in the water half the time i was there. Can someone tell me whats wrong....?

The constant friction of the water on your body could have caused an irritation on your nipples.  It should go away within a few days.

happen to me a few weeks ago.

this happens because your in the salt water a lot.

they say  its not salt water but it is.

being in salt water for a long time causes rashes

and stuff start to hurt. in this case, your nipples.

what i did, i just put some lotion (any lotion) over my body.

this might also be happending from doing boogie boarding.

just put some lotion or cream.

you get better in about 3days to a week.

Could they be sun burned?  Tender.  Put something like Vaseline on them; it may help them feel better.
