All 3 brands are pretty equal when it comes to reliability and customer satisfaction.  Check reviews on Edmunds.com or carsdirect.com.  I always check these sights when researching cars.  But you can't go wrong with either 3.

You can't go wrong with honda or toyota - I own one of each and they're both great vehicles.  Nissan's cars get great reviews as well, but their trucks haven't been as good.

First, you will have to define what "better" means to you.  Are you talking resale value?  Mileage?  Customer satisfaction?

Once you define that subjective term, you can get a meaningful answer.
