Hi everyone

I own a 99 2.0 SRI TD P11

My problem is this, i left my P11 sitting for two weeks and the Batt went dead and she would not start so i got a mate with leads to give me a jump, but while she will turn over she will not start

I have been told that this is the fault of the NATs system and its the immobiliser that's causing my problems.

Is this right and if so how to l fix this?

*the key Fob opens and closes the doors without any problems.

  1. my answer is try to check it out first on auto repair shop....,

  2. the ecu has lost its keycode memory, because the battery has gone flat you will have to have the key recoded using diagnostic equipment. the central locking will still work but when you put the key in the ignition the ecu does not recognise it
