What is the 0-60 time of a Nissan Sentra SE-R automatic, NOT the Spec V. Also which would you recommend for a daily driver with no racing involved?

  1. honda is number 1 for life, in this case, ive had 4 and i love them, plus honda looks so much better, when you toss some rims on them, even if you dont, its a better car, like the guy above me said.

  2. Although I like both cars, I would choose the Civic Si in a heartbeat over the SE-R for a daily driver. That is just based on how i think the cars look and feel. Both will be reliable, the HOnda might be a little better on reliabilty. Both are good cars that are somewhat peppy.

I believe the Sentra SE-R (non spec V) model goes from 0-60mph in about 7.5 seconds.  This varies between years and depending on tranny type.

The 2008 Honda Civic Si goes from 0-60mph in 6.7 seconds.

But you should definitely test drive both vehicles, there may be something about 1 of them that you really either love or hate, and that might make your decision for you.

  3. Honda Civic Si would be my choice between these 2.

    More reliable, better resale.

The Sentra is a good car, but not as good.

If you are serious about combining practicality with fun, check out the MazdaSpeed 3.  For a price comparable to the Civic Si

(about 1500 more), you get a Turbocharged engine and 66 more horsepower.
