Nitro Airplane?

If I have a Nitro aiplane with no engine or rc controller, could I install any engine and rc controller into it and fly it?

Your model aeroplane was probably designed with the weight and speed of the nitro engine in mind, if you find if the weights were the same I don't see why it wouldn't fly with a normal model engine and controller

I think you would be better asking at your model shop to give you piece of mind. Do you not have a model flying club close at hand?

I have just been into e-bay and there is a nitro engine for sale at just about a £5 you will have to find out what size of an engine your model will take. good luck and happy flying
