Nitro buggy help?

right i dont no where to start lol i thought it need a clutch so i put a new one in buggy runs fine for about 10 secs and then its revo alot and the buggy is only moving abit does anyone have any idea if it is something else . thanks pls help i have been at this for weeks ,

ps it did the same with the old clutch

  1. sounds to me like there is something else that is stripped out, when the buggy is off and cooled, pick it up and spin each wheel, the opposite wheel should spin the opposite way, if it doesn't then you have a stripped gear in the differential, and it needs replaced, if it is then its a different gear, spin the clutch and watch the drive shafts, if one or the other doesn't spin, or if the wheels don't spin when you turn it, you have a stripped gear in there somewhere, take the truck apart if you think you can, or take it to your local hobby shop and have them look at it,

    if everything spins the way its supposed to, it could also be a stripped wheel, in which the hex is spinning but not grabbing the wheel like it should,
