Question

i just turned 16 and i want my permit what do i do?

i took the test in school and failed, lol.

what do i have to do now i been studing this book they gave me and i know all of it by now so whats my next steps?

you can either wait until you turn 17 or you can study some more. Here is a link to a interactive course you can take that should help you pass as well, but it will cost you about $30.
