  1. pineapple is always good. and like a roasted garlic  teriaki  sauce maybe for a marinade

  2. marinade in chilli sauce and add a jar of chilli relish to the table so guest can spice it up as much as they like.

sounds like fun, have a good time.

  3. Add 1/4 inch slices of corn, zucchini and asparagus...yum

Serving chips and salsa with h/ds and h/bs is fine. Have fun at your bbq :)

  4. Cover them in chilli.

  5. You could put Halumi cheese on the Kebabs. They're more Greek, but lovely!

  6. Shred some pepper jack cheese to top off the tortillas. (or for the adventurous- habanero jack!)

Try some chopped chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (yum!) to top your burgers, or add it to chili to top the hot dogs.  It's very spicy and smoky- perfect for a Mexican bbq.

  7. I am veggi and all we have on our barbecue kebabs is - Mushrooms, Peppers, Halloumi Cheese (Very nice when crispy on barbi). We make them on the sticks and then leave them in a dish of Olive Oil and some fresh garden herbs/dried herbs.

When we have Tortilla wraps we make this-

Sliced peppers, Quorn Chicken Chunks/Sliced Quorn Chicken Fillets, this spice mix that you can buy in Morrissons [it's OldElPaso make]

You just put it in all into large pan, really.

We also lay out Lettuce and salads and sour cream on the table for people to help themselves to.

    Sometimes we also make this-

Cook some Quorn Sausages [2 per person] and chop them up quite small and put them into baked beans. The whole mixture goes in the Tortilla and it's really nice.

    xx

  8. The latest issue of Vegetarian times had some awesome kebab recipes in it that I've been trying...great thing is, you don't need a subscription! just go to their website, they have a recipe finder. I had the one that's like a burger on a kebab and it was super-tasty.

  9. 1. Add on some zucchini and maybe some asparagus onto your kabobs..and yes you can marinade them if you want in maybe some olive oil, lemon juice, and any kind of seasoning such as porterhouse.

    2. I like the idea of the kabobs and then having the guests make their own tacos with them..thats creative.  Maybe buy some churros and ice cream for dessert.
