No Audio, No Uhf

CTC177 Chassis# 25GT542. The latest problem is no Audio, No Uhf, and sync bars across screen. Signal tracing reveals audio on input of chip. Chip is new. Is there any reset procedure for this set? My service info shows none. Things look good when I check voltages etc but these conditions seem very unrelated to the problems. Eprom?
