I'd seriously consider picking up and moving to an area where there is little change in barometric pressure on a daily basis and in one day. In particular, I want to live where there isn't a storm brewing every day in summer. Whatever I do, drink water, take preventative meds, I get horrible headaches all summer from the weather where not only is it hot and humid, but there is a thunderstorm or rain daily. Spring, fall, are bad too, because the changes are extreme. Winter is more tolerable. But it is not enough to keep me where I am.

  1. You should move out to regions West of the Rocky Mountains. Low pressure systems rarely come through the Southwestern United States, and that means you won't be dealing with a lot of pressure changes.

  2. The desert should work for you.
