Question:

No Child Left Behind Act question...?

I'm writing an essay about education, and I was wondering, does NCLB reward good test scores? Also, are schools "good" if they improve their scores, or if they score a certain number on the state's standardized test?

Thanks in advance =)

  1. good scores equal funding, bad scores equal less funding. which will make bad schools worse... what a great policy by the doe (department of education)

  2. NCLB is less about rewarding good scores and more about punishing bad scores.
