all i can see that it did was cause the schools to be flooded with children who should not go to public schools

  1. You got it pretty much straight.


  2. I agree.  Not only do schools feel like they MUST pass a child that is not worthy of graduating to the next level, but there are children in the regular classes who may not be able to handle them and cause disruptions to other classmates.  I understand the idea that they wanted when they created it, but I don't think it's working well.

  3. I think they meant "All Children left behind" or as the Catholic church would put it:  "Where did you see a child's behind?"
