No Display - Screen says "NOT SUPPORTED"

Hello There...
I have recently 'comeby' a Samsung AccuVision 710TF Monitor which when connected to my Computer Momentarily displays the Windows Boot-up logo (on boot-up) then returns blank to then only display a small window with text saying "NOT SUPPORTED" I have a feeling this could be a Driver Issue and tried looking for a web download without success...Could you possibly help me please....Many thanks..Chris, Southeast Asia
