No Files. When i plug the player into my computer.. i loaded all the songs into the folder for the

Question

When i plug the player into my computer.. i loaded all the songs into the folder for the player.. then i click safely remove hardware.. wait for it to remove.. unplug the player and turn it on... but when it's turned on it states "No Files" .. I plug it back into the computer.. File comes up holding all the songs i just put in it.. What's going on?
