Question:

No Matter What I Eat, No Matter how Small, I Always Feel Bad Afterwards. Help?

This has been going on for a little over a week now.

I haven't been eating a lot since I started the Girls Meet Beauty plan 4 months ago. Since then, I've dropped 20+ pounds in a safe way.

However, this past week, no matter what I eat, I always feel fat afterwards. The scale's going down, but I always feel bad. For dinner this evening, I had a Lean Cuisine panini and it's been at least two hours since I ate, but I still feel full and I feel fat. Like I just got finished pigging out or something.

I haven't gone over 1600 calories in 4 months (which is a huge cut down from my 2200+ before). I'm 5'8 and about to get into the 170s for the first time in about 3 years. I was 204 when I started the GMB plan.

So it can't be that that's s******g with my body. Otherwise, it would have happened early on, right?

My stomach's completely gone and I can count all of my ribs again. h**l, I'm smaller now than I was a week ago.

Should I see a doctor about the constant fat feeling?

  1. First of all, congrats on the weight you have lost.  You have done a terrific job at bringing your body down to a healthy weight....

NOW, yes, I think you should see a doctor about this feeling.  Sometimes, the hardest part about losing weight can be the stopping, and this COULD develop into anorexia if it continues.

  2. Sweety, the full feeling is not a problem.  It helps you to keep fropm eating too much. Just dont overdo it.  When you get to your target wight, stay on a 'maintenance' schedule, ie, stay on your target weight and your feelings of being piggish will settle into the ack ground.  You are jsut getting to feel the real you inside. Good luck, and be safe

  3. impressive.

its people like you i loook up to

    i think your fine

  4. Congrats on loosing the weight, its okay to feel full then you wont want to eat more and feel like you shouldn't have later, Like some of the other people I thought yo were like anorexic or something but then yo gave your weight I think your doing good but if you continue to have these feelings or if they like start getting worse then maybe you should see like a therapist or something they might be able to help you cope or whatever Good Luck o the weight loss though!

  5. You may not have screwed up your body, but you've screwed up your mind.  You are showing signs of having an eating disorder.

Seek medical attention before it starts getting worse.

  6. omgosh at first I thought u were aneroxic but u said that you are 170 pounds so you are obviously not aneroxic.

    OMGOSH GOOOD JOB thoguh

u lost 20 lbs that in four months..

OGMOSH my friend was tyring to lose weight since like last year and I think she only gott fatter.

just keep doing it but don't go overboard...like the only problem is when you are already skinny and you feel fat.
