  1. Who cares???

  2. It's puffy and too different. It would probably make most women look fat.

  3. Maybe its still got bits of her in it.

  4. right?all them cross dressing polititians out there and nobody?

  5. No wonder no one wanted it.  Look at the price, even

on ebay the starting bid was $125,000.  Gorgeoous dress,

though, but not worth that price.

  6. ummm...u can buy a house with $125k...no middle class person would purchase it( sincem ost eBay users are Middle class) only stars or socialites

  7. Is too much expensive, but is a gorgeous dress.

  8. Doesn't match my eyes.

  9. No and 875,558 people looked at it.

  10. The mere fact that Princess Diana wore it should be enough for some rich collector to want it, but truthfully, its an ugly gown.  The bodice makes the wearer look like she has one huge breast like a Buick.

  11. i love diana, she is my role model, i can't say anthing bad about her at all, i would have brought the dress but i have no money :(

  12. maybe they didn't want bad karma

  13. You can get dresses a LOT cheaper from the high street

  14. I would, but I don't exactly have 125,000 to blow.

  15. not really,normal

  16. It was for a lot of money!  I think people don't really like spending such a large amount on ebay as you hear of lots of scams!

  17. Can't afford that...

  18. I think personally it is rather absurd wanting a dead woman's dress. I mean they should have just given them to charity so at least some  money could be raised for a worthy cause. I think she had so  many dresses and it is rather cheap and tacky to start selling them off. And how did these people get them from her family in the first place.

  19. Wow! I wish I could buy it and then wear it someday as my wedding dress.  That is beautiful!  I'd love to have something, anything of hers. She was the most beautiful woman in the world, inside and out.  Waaaay too good for Charles who is now married to a woman who could double as a fox hunt horse.

  20. Would you?  It's probably all ripped from when they cut her out of the car.

  21. I was surprised there were no bids, either ... but maybe the people who would have bought it don't have that sort of money, whereas the people with that sort of money don't want someone else's dress!

One of our museums here in Sydney bought one of Diana's dresses at that charity auction, and it is a popular attraction, but I guess not every museum would want that sort of display.

Seems like the charity waited a bit too long to re-sell it, hope they can get something for it and their cause another time.

    Cheers :-)

  22. that because it was over priced.  Christies auction house said it would have valued the dress at about £20000-£40000.

  23. Why would someone want her dress? She was a great WOMAN, the dress didn't make her great. Plus, it costs...jeez, I can't comprehend such a number! Someone would probably pay that amount for this woman to come back to the world, but her dress....it's just a materialistic piece of work...no soul, no love, all it is, is it's "pretty"

  24. A little too much out of my budget, especially since I can't wear it.

  25. Not everyone likes second-hand clothes!
