No Parking on my Block... Ever!?

I live in a suburb of Philadelphia and this may sound racial but ever since hispanics moved on my street there is never any parking. Imagine a two way street with one side of it parking only. The other side of street insist on parking infront of my house everyday. It doesn't help that each house has atleast 4-6 cars each. What the h**l can I do? I can't move no money. I can't talk to them they're ignorant to my family whenever we walk by. Im out of options!

You're not racist...but you immediately point out that they're ignorant. Awesome.

Moreover, sounds like all your family does is walk by. Just because you walk by, doesn't mean they have to take special notice of you and talk to you.

How about you go over, and talk to them? Surely that'd be more productive than complaining, and waiting for them to do something about it.
