No Resource Upgrade resource agan

Question

The screen with green backlight, will only display the above message. How this happened. I had pressed the left arrow for 8 seconds to reset as described in 'helpful tips,' since then I am unable to move beyond this green screen. I've tried to download via computer. Nothing. I've switched the meizu mp3 off and on. Nothing. I get nothing and am unable to reset back to normal settings.
