Question:

No SD card slot in my laptop?

I recently bought an SD card with all the things necessary (adaptors and such), but just found out that my laptop does not have an SD card slot.

Is there anything I can get that will allow me to plug in the SD card?

An SD to USB adaptor, perhaps?

  1. You can get a card reader very cheap, under $10.  It has slots for several kinds of cards, SD, compacflash, etc., and it plugs into your USB.

    Check out EBay or newegg.com (I always look there first.  I have bought lots of stuff from them and they are pretty good).
