The website www.virginelectronics.com no longer exists. In the past I had to reformat my VM-500 and reinstalled the virgin software (from their site) and reloaded all my music etc. This MP3 player only works with media player 10 and requires the music management software to be installed. The music management software never came on a disk but was on the hardrive of the MP3 player and of course I lost this when I formatted. Their website is no longer around, so where in the world can I find the Virgin VM-500 music management software ?? I have trying searching for it all over the web with no success. Can anyone out there help me ?regardsPeter
