  1. TRY RE-START YOUR COMPUTER & CHECK AGAIN.

IF PROBLEM CONTINUES, RESTORE YOUR COMPUTER TO DAY BEFORE PREVIOUS DAY.

CLICK START, ALL PROGRAMMES, ACCESSORIES, SYSTEM TOOLS, SYSTEM RESTORE.

SELECT DATE/RESTORE POINT, WHEN YOUR SYSTEM SOUND WAS NORMAL.

CLICK NEXT & PROCEED WITH RESTORE.

IF IT IS ONLY SOUND PROBLEM & THERE IS NO SOUND EVEN AT LOGIN TIME,

    RE-INSTAL SOUND DRIVERS.

IF IT IS ONLY PLAYER PROBLEM,  DOWNLOAD & INSTAL CODEC PACK
