Did anyone NOT get an stimulus check? I haven't gotten one yet and when I called the IRS they said that they had no information for me on the automated system and that I'd have to call back with my tax return information.

  1. Did you file a tax return? Were you a dependent? You must file and you cannot be a dependent. You must have a minimum tax liability

  2. You did not get a  check because our bullshit gov't has only given checks to people that are not poor. I am poor and did not make enough money.  Thanks Bush.  **** this country!!!!!!!!

  3. you should call them back with your tax return info, then they might be able to help.

  4. Depending on the status of your tax return and when you filed - they may not have processed your tax return and rebate yet.  Some returns take 12-20 weeks to process, then another 2-3 weeks to process the rebate.

If you had a refund coming and you have received the refund, then the rebate should come two or three weeks later.

Did you have enough qualified income?  Did you have too much income?   Both of those situation will result in not getting a rebate.  Get a copy of your tax return, go to www.irs. gov and look for the Economic Stimulus Rebate Calculator.  Then enter the figures from your tax return and it will tell you if you qualify or not.

  5. You don't need to call yet.  Use the program at the IRS website.  You only need to call if the page tells you to:

    https://sa1.www4.irs.gov/irfof/IRServlet...

  6. This happened to my parents.. they were told by their tax person they would recieve one and a month past the date, the never did. After extensive research and numerous calls to the IRS they found out they didn't qualify for one. Continue to follow up with the IRS and send them a copy of your tax return.. Even though it's the IRS they DO make mistakes. Get what you're entitled to! Good luck!
