No accents when you sing?

Question

why when you talk with an accent you dont have one when you sing. same with stuttering when you talk. and do people with REALLY big accents also sing with no accent?

well, if you listen to the old Beatles records, they have their very distinct English accents on every song. I don't think it always holds true. There are plenty of big country singers who have a Southern accent when they sing as well as talk.
