Microsoft business? Yes, it is free.  For one year.  Then you'll pay more than any other decent server.

Come on: a good server and domain does not cost more than 100$ per year! (And go for a LAMP, not a window based server.)

I don't like your chances, but I can recommend a very cheap web designing and hosting company called VodaHost. http://www.vodahost.com/partner/idevaffi... .

Their webdesign software, Blue Voda,  is free and very easy to use. The only thing is, to then publish the website you designed, you'll have to sign up for a webhosting account, but they are very cheap and offer a pay by the month option. You get a free domain name of your choice, including .com domains, once you sign up for your hosting account.
