No appetite while 3 months pregnant?!?

I am three months pregnant and I believe I bypassed the morning sickness but I do get nauseas from time to time. But I find myself not really hungry and not wanting to eat for some reason. Of course I do eat because I know me and the baby need nutrients and although I don't throw up, I just don't get hungry and feel the need to not want to eat. Is this normal, if so: why? I thought you were supossed to be really hungry during pregnancy?!

  1. Its ok and it happens. You can drink something like Ensure to help keep nutrients in your body. If the morning sickness is gone, try some V-8 or v-8 splash too!

  2. Maybe you just haven't gotten to that point yet all pregnancy's are different. I'm 13 weeks so right around where you are, and if I don't eat something every few hours I throw up.

  3. Believe me hun, the hunger will come!!! At the moment your body is changing, trying to make a bit of room for the baby to blossom! Glad to hear you are eating though even if you're not hungry. You'll find that the more the baby grows and the later in pregnancy you get the MORE you want to eat!

  4. i felt like that 2nd time, just try to eat healthy snacks little and often, instead of tthe thought of a big meal!

  5. you dont have to not want to eat, cause i am like that, but you have to no matta
