No audio on magic jack?

i am using wireless on my laptop and i have magicjack installed. it can make calls fine but i cant hear anything. i went to their website and it said i should open the ports on my router, i tried doing that but it needs magicjack's ip address. how can i get it? magic jack works perfectly in my main pc that doesnt work behind a router. help!

Open the following ports, usually in "Application Rules" of your router (D-Link for example).

Rule name = "MagicJack 5060", Trigger=5060, Firewall=5060, Traffic type=UDP

Rule name = "MagicJack 5061", Trigger=5061, Firewall=5061, Traffic type=UDP

Rule name = "MagicJack 5070", Trigger=5070, Firewall=5070, Traffic type=UDP
