Hi i have just replaced my mobo with an ASrock penryn 1600sli-110db, i also have a pny 8800gts card 3 gig of memory, On boot i get no beeps and no display. However i do get all fans cpu and case fans running and all lights on h/d's floppy etc, also the network connecter lites up to be active also. My psu is fine as it runs the same system but just another asrock board with no problems, I have tried reseating cpu and fan etc changed all cards memory etc etc ...Is it just a case of a dud board?
