No boot..no power

Question

after trying to flash a elite group 600 l .laptop..message popped up saying to reboot. I clicked Ok..but computer did not restart. I removed the battery forcing a shut down and the computer now refuse to boot up.no lights..nothing.and secondly...is it possible to discharge the Cmos battery to wipe out the corrupted bioshow do I get back functionality on this laptop?thanks
