  1. every right

  2. You should have been given a set of instructions as to how to rectify whatever issues they had. It is illegal for them to not tell you specifically why your children were removed. It is also illegal for them to hold your children indefinately if you have done everything required by the court. So, I suggest that you follow the guidelines laid out by the judge/CPS in your case....then, your hearing will come before a judge, and if you have completed all the necessary items and can provide a safe home for your children, they should be returned  to you.

  3. Social services would not take them for no reason so theres more to this story then your letting on.

How can you keep having kids knowing they are going to get taken off you???

You are clearly irresponsiable and theres no thort for how your going to damage these innocent kids.

Fix up on the issues that have led to them being taken away and get conreception asap.

You are in denial and untill you wake up I would not even bother trying to fight for them as you'll do them/yourself no favors at all.

  4. something just doesnt add up here in what way did they say you where neglecting them social services must of had a reason for saying you where neglecting them, they must of visited you a few times before deciding to remove them from your home,  have the courts decided the children have to be adopted? i would go and see your local cab office ,and get in touch with social services, and speak to a solicitor to see if they can help you

  5. cant believe this can happen... so if you have done nothing wrong fight it all the way. good luck!!!!

  6. Go to court.  In our province they allow 1-2 years and will in fact offer assitance, training, and where needed alcohol/drug rehab.  They believe, as they should that hcildren belong with their parents.  To adopt children out, the social services have to prove that all avenues have been explored with the parents, and then extended family.  They then have to go to court and plead their case to have the parents rights terminated.  Most judges will only terminate parents right here if it is proven that the parents are unwilling to care for the child, given at least 1-2 years to try.

If you cannot afford a lawyer their must be legal aid where you are from.  In the meantime if they provide counselling take it, if they say do this or do that, just do it, because anything you can do to show you can parent (in their eyes) you shoudl do.

    BEst of luck.

  8. You have a right to appeal the proposed termination of parental rights.

You have a right to services to go through the process of getting your children back.

If you do not successfully complete the plan, that is when they will move to terminate your rights, and even then, you can still appeal, even when people say that it is not in your best interests to do so.

I only beg of you to do some serious soul searching and ask yourself...is what I am doing in the best interest of MY CHILDREN...not in your interests...your children's.

What your partner's ex did has nothing to do with your situation.  If you feel that the state is in error...FIGHT it with all your heart!

  9. The only way the state can put your kids up for adoption is to terminate your parental rights. If you have already lost them on your older children, they will automatically take your newborn and terminate them. You had to be given a program to finish in order to get your kids back. I am going to assume you didn't do it or didn't finish it.

Now if this doesn't apply to you, then you need an attorney. That is the only way you are going to get out of this with your kids.

  10. have you been doing your case plan? I went through this with my daughter, she was taken from me at 3 years old due to a drug problem. I went to court probably 20 times and had to work a case plan. You should have a termination hearing, which is where they determine if you have made substantial progress towards getting your kids back. You MUST do EVERYTHING they ask of you, of else you won't get them back. There is no way around that & no way to beat the system. Once your rights are terminated, you have no say so at all about the adoption, and you are not allowed to be in those hearings. Best thing you could do right now is contact an attorney if you haven't already and do everything social services or DFCS tells you to.

In most stated, you have 15 months to make progress before they file to terminate you parental rights.

  11. You need to contact Legal Aid if you don't have a lawyer.  What you consider neglect and what social services considers neglect may be two different things.  The goal is to correct your situation so that you can get your kids back.
