No clear favourite for PPR Foundation Handicap (Div II) at Ripon
PPR Foundation Handicap (Div II) does not have as many interesting candidates as the first division, but it would still be a close clash.
According to the schedule, the 6f event will be held at Ripon on Thursday, April 19th. The punters are left with only a little time to make their moves, as the party is about to commence. The officials are due to
kick off the proceedings at 16:30 GMT.
Among the confirmed entries are: Lucky Numbers, Hamoody, Toby Tyler, Fast Shot, Kellys Eye, Mr Optimistic, Waking Warrior, Beckermet, Saucy Brown, Another Citizen, Levitate, Misplaced Fortune, Trade Secret, Jade and Captain

Lucky Numbers, who won a division of this race last year, is most likely to display a thumping performance. After exhibiting a few below par performances, the six-year-old went for a long break.
After staying out of action for more than five months, the David O’Meara-trained is determined to make a winning return. His last victory came way back in April last year, when he topped the chart at the same venue.
Being the winner of last year’s meeting, Lucky Numbers is carrying the highest starting price. However, he will have to be at his best in order to grab the glory. Among his opposition, Hamoody looks the strongest contender.
After staying out of action for almost nine months, David Nicholls’ trainee made his seasonal return at the start of this month. Come Racing Again On Easter Monday Handicap saw him missing the runner-up position by two and a
quarter lengths.
Although it would not be an easy outing for the son of Johannesburg, it is hard to ignore his chances for the top prize. Toby Tyler is another strong runner. The six-year-old is struggling with his form so far this season.
In both of his previous races, Paul Midgley’s trainee failed to make an impact. Despite the fact that he is not in winning rhythm at the moment, his ability to notch up the top spot cannot be ignored.
According to our calculations, it is going to be a close clash between Lucky Numbers and Hamoody. We wish the best of luck to everyone.
