No comments are being put on my 360 blog or page?

i get emails that say certain people have place comment on my blog or page on 360 but when i check i cannot find the comments..how do i remedy this i have checked my settings and they should allow comments on both places....

Skip settings and Click on your blog, then scroll down to your pics. Then click on comments that don't have a zero. You should see them then.
