I'm 21, and i wont be able to get a driver's license for about another year or two (i am in school during the year).

I'm afraid that after i graduate from college, I will not be able to get a job because i don't have a license. Is this a possibility?

thanks

  1. No.  Your employment and your possession of a driver's license have nothing to do with one another.  Many, many people work who don't have driver's licenses.

  2. why can't you get a drivers license?  i got one at 16 and have had it ever since.

  3. Not unless the job requires driving. many people use public transportation for work. You will need a State ID to apply for jobs since they are required to have a copy of it and your SS card on file.

  4. Not unless you are planning on becoming a truck driver, valet, cab driver......etc.

  5. Assuming you have another way of getting to work, I don't see why this would be an issue.

  6. Unless the job requires you to drive, then I don't believe it would keep you from getting work.
