Use your cell phone (or a neighbor's phone) to call the phone company and get it fixed.  Don't call 611 on your cell phone because you'll get the wrong people.  The regular number for repair is somewhere near the beginning of your phone book.

You have a fault. Call the service/faults center from another (normally working) phone and get the service restored.
