  1. With the information you are providing I am guessing you live with your sister or she is the one taking care of you. If either are the case no matter if you had income or not. Being disabled you are getting a disability check and that is considered income. That will get tacked onto your sisters income making it so that you don't have to file a seperate return.

  2. Did you work anywhere this past year?  If so, were federal and/or taxes withheld?  File a return to receive a possible refund or pay if underwithheld.

Did you have unearned income, (interest-dividends), you may have to file.  Not enough info in your question.  Did you receive any pension $?  Again, you may have to prepare a return.

    Provide more details.

  3. Probably not.  Since you are disabled, I assume you didn't work.  Unless you did work or have unearned income in excess of $3400, you don't have to file.

  4. Not enough info

If you're disabled, not employed and/or not self supporting, there is no need for you to file

IF you receive SS or SSI, your sister CANNOT claim you UNLESS she is providing more than half your support. . . .and can run into problems later

If your only income is SSI, no need to file
