No energy if I dont have morning coffee...

I have started drinking a green tea when I get to work at 8am and I'm not having a coffee. I find by 11.00am I feel really drained and my eyes are very heavy - does anyone know any remedies to keep my energy up - could it be the withdrawal from caffine?

  2. Start eating healthy.. the right foods. Eat really healthy - It should really help!

  3. Yes you are withdrawn from caffine,take it once in awhile will help you, or once a day in the mornings only

  4. You need Iron, Forget the Coffee thats bead for u, Take a good Multi Vitamin for women, also go out and get some co-Enzyme Q10 take one a day and you'll feel heaps better, also eat well, and get at least 8 hours sleep.Cheers

  5. It'll take a week or so for your body to adjust.  Your body doesn't know what's going on!  If you're really keen to give up the caffeine just stick with it and things will get better.

  6. Try B12 supplements!!!!
