No evidence to condemn?

4 of you seem to think I left something out-I did not. A complaint was made, anyone can make a complaint with or without evidence.

I am going to trial based on a complaint and no evidence to back that up. These are the facts-not my opinion. This takes place in Scott Co.,KY.

  1. A complaint is a statement charging an offense.  The evidence is the complaint.  Get an attorney.  If it has gone this far and you are going to court this is not the place to be getting sound legal advice.
